Each season you have the opportunity to preorder a Love Your Journey Pamper Boxes. You must pay your box in advance to secure the limited availability during that season. In order to guarantee that you receive an LYJ Pamper Box please subscribe to our quarterly or yearly options.

Shipping Information

Once the LYJ Pamper Box has launched, we’re dedicated to making your box as decadent as possible, and that requires 7-10 business days for packaging. To ensure that your products arrive promptly, we ONLY  ship Monday through Wednesday via priority mail. You will receive a confirmation email that contains your tracking information number.

Local Delivery & Process

We will delivery local order over the amount of $25.00 for a delivery charge of $5.00. Please see the following delivery zip codes areas below. After your order has been placed, it will be queued for creation. When all items are ready, we will send an email/text the day of hands-free delivery.

Porch Pickup

Please contact us at if you are in the Killeen, Fort Hood, Central Texas area and wish to take advantage of our porch pickup services.

Please contact us before ordering so we can provide you with the correct link to avoid shipping charges. Once your items have been purchased, the same processing time will apply, and you will receive a detailed email with your porch pickup information and instructions.

Cancellation Policy

Customers (Kimi Wilson Co LLC) acknowledge that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Customer cancels their channel subscription (both month-to-month and annual plans).

The customer may cancel their subscription by logging into their Shopify subscription account, going to the applicable channel or billing page, clicking settings, and canceling their subscription and billing.

A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Customer with the expiration date of the subscription. The customer can learn how to cancel, delete, or update their Shopify account. 

Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You must email support before the payment due date. All cancellation made after your payment billing cycle will be fall under our zero return policy.
