I just downright love everything about the way Mihaela works! Mihaela is talented in just about everything she does!! She is extremely gifted with organization, digital marketing, graphics, launches, reels, and so much more!
Mihaela is the backbone that holds this weary entrepreneur up on the days that I doubt my vision during my creative process. Side note: her fashion is to die for – someone put this woman on the front page of Vogue!

Hello
I’m Mihaela, and I am a 32-year-old girl based in Romania.
Passionate about art, painting, and design, I decided to pursue a career that would give me the freedom to be creative. After taking several courses, I was even more fascinated by digital marketing. So I began my journey in the big marketing world!
Working at Kimi Wilson Co has allowed me to feed my creativity needs with every launching of our pamper boxes. During the development of the LYJ Pamper Box, I love sharing our work, struggles, successes, efforts, and evolution through social media. It is so fulfilling to participate in the concept, design, and expression of the energy that each box brings.
I strongly believe in the quote: ”Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
Apart from my love for marketing, I love to travel. The best reset recipe for me is a trip to a new destination, no matter the duration. When choosing my favorite place, I can’t pick just one. My free time is divided between books, my dog, art, and sports. My favorite meditation method is skiing. I am equally in love with the majestic mountains and the sparkling blue waters of the beach.
Whether it’s trying out a new skill, visiting a new place, or getting to know someone new, there’s nothing quite like having unique experiences and learning about the world around me. There’s nothing more exciting than discovering something new, whether that means tasting different foods and flavors or delving into an unfamiliar culture.

We’re Codi & Renee Chen, wife/wife team, and the creators of HeartWorks Writing! We originally created HeartWorks Writing, LLC to assist mental health treatment facilities and therapy offices with their documentation. Together, we have a combined 15 years of experience working and writing in the mental health field.
In 2021 we sold assets to the specialized mental health writing company we created! We are honored to have built such a unique and niche business, and we are proud to have served the mental health heroes in our community.
We now work with individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits to assist them with services such as copywriting, editing, ghostwriting, and coaching so that their mission and voice comes across clear and concise.

Sarai Lacy
Production Assistant
Sarai is vital to ensure that production moves along smoothly and efficiently. She assists with product making, packaging boxes, and LYJ shop organization. She has excellent communication skills, and her attention to detail is impeccable.
In support of our LYJ mission, Sarai is receiving internship training for entrepreneurship, product development, formulation, business development, shipping hacks, and tricks of the trade to help create a solid foundation for her soon-to-launch SLCandles business!
Sarai is a joy to have in the shop, and our “praise break” music jam sessions can be heard all the way down the block. She is an absolute joy to work with, and I hope you enjoy getting to know her!
A note from Sarai:
Hi, I’m Sarai Lacy, owner of SLCandles and the Production Assistant for Kimi Wilson Co. I am based in Texas and a former military brat. I’m a mother of four and recently married the love of my life and my biggest supporter, which is fantastic to have when starting a business.
I have three dogs who are my babies. I love to vacation in Honolulu, Hawaii, and spend the day sipping Mai-Tais on the beach. You can find me kickin it at the Aloha Stadium Flea Markets on the weekends. Water is life for me, and relaxing on the beach feeling the waves roll over my feet is my place of peace.
I LOVE making candles, which makes navigating my business startup a little less stressful. The ability to have access to the knowledge provided at Kimi Wilson Co will be instrumental in my business success in the future.
I’m super excited to be a part of the team and can’t wait to see where this journey leads me.
